If the lights in your head suddenly turns on and bring new and exciting ideas for the betterment of your organization or your work place, the desire to immediately disclose to the chairman, boss, coworkers, or `men 'would immediately come right?

at least, it is that I often experienced. Want to really seemed to immediately convey interesting ideas that the people concerned.

When riding a motorcycle, in the train, eating, chatting casually with people, who are still waiting for the bus and left his driver ngetem play chess, or when all of a sudden waking up early in the morning, sometimes unique idea from nowhere. If that happens, usually I immediately noted the main points or even send sms or phone directly on the relevant colleagues.

Very often it happens like this:

Me: "Assalamu'alaikum father. Sorry to bother ya dawn. Related to our plans to ..."

Handpone Friend: "tu-tuuut-tuuut. The numbers that you want to go is off or out of reach. Please try again later."

Me: Hmmm (* look at * one who is calling at 2 am)

Apparently not only me who often suffer from `disease 'no-can-keep-away-soon-to-convey this idea. Many friends often told me that they experienced the same thing. A teacher of my life continues even discuss his new ideas for community empowerment while lying in hospital and awaiting surgery (until all those present visited excited: lest this last message is why so many messages).

The message given was clear and concise. Showing confidence sturdy and strong.

Let us read one sample letter:

"From Muhammad the messenger of Islam to the An-Najasyi, the ruler of Abyssinia (Ethiopia).

Peace be upon you.

Indeed I am thankful to God that there is no god except He, the King, the Most Holy, the Most Prosperous, principle of security, the All-Maintain, and I testify that Jesus son of Mary is the spirit of God created with His words conveyed- Mary, who elected him to, well and preserved. Then she got pregnant and then created the spirit of Jesus with his breath as Adam was created from the ground with his hands.

Actually I take you to the path of Allah. And I have to say and exhort you then please accept my advice.

The answer of the letter was mixed. There are replying with such good Najasyi from Ethiopia. There are ready to welcome the invitation of the Prophet on the condition get a position like King Yamamah (The Prophet condemned because the invitation was pure greed and not for the glory of the world). Inviting the tiger is often more beneficial than harmful. If we are sincere and feel confident that we are a good idea and worth striving for the betterment of the organization or company, why be afraid to be the target of criticism? Given any cruel criticism, there must be benefits that we can get. Moreover, criticized-especially by cruel and indiscriminate-it makes the idea we will be more audible.

In Buy In: Saving Your Good Ideas From Being Shot Down, John Kotter of Harvard Business School said that one trick convey ideas effectively is to open yourself to criticism. Now, if we want our message noticed among millions of other information, how?

This is where the criticism (whether delivered fine and a blind) actually helps us get an idea of attention. Here's the trick. Having succeeded in attracting attention, it's time to make critical use our ideas accepted. If we're able to capitalize on criticism well, the message will arrive.
